Our First Meeting: June 2, 2019
The first meeting of Three's A Charm Tricycle Club was a success. Lots of good food, and safety reflective leg bands were given out to all participants. Looking forward to the next meeting.

This month's big group ride was a benefit ride on the Harlem Valley Rail Trail. We had lunch at the Oakhurst diner, but there was plenty of food, music, and t-shirts to be had at the end of the ride. For more info:
This month's group ride was the Putnam Trailway
It was a beautiful ride with a wonderful smooth surface, traveling through the woods and passing by lakes. After the ride we stopped at Luigi's Famigila Cucina in Carmel, NY.
On Sunday, August 26th we had an exciting and beautiful ride on the Ashuwillticook Rail Trail. Check out more photos here!
On Saturday, August 31st we took a ride on the Albany County Helderberg-Hudson Rail Trail.
On Saturday, September 7th we did the 28-mile ride on the Farmington River Trail and the Farmington Canal Heritage Trail that passes through six towns including the centers of Unionville, Collinsville, and Simbury, Connecticut.

We went on the Mohawk-Hudson Bike-Hike Trail on Sunday, September 29th. After the ride we all went to New World Bistro Bar and had a fantastic dinner.
On Sunday, October 6th, we rode to Dressel Farms in New Paltz, NY. We tasted and bought some of the high quality hard cider from Kettleborough Cider House.
On Saturday, October 12th, we rode the Zim Smith Mid-County Trail in Saratoga, NY. It was a beautiful sunny day. We visited Spike's Trikes and ended the day with a nice meal.
On Saturday, October 19th, we rode the Ashokan Rail Trail. It was a beautiful day, and we met some other trike riders. Momentum is building!
On Saturday, October 26th, we rode the second leg of the Putnam Trailway. We rode 27 miles and stopped at a cafe on the way back for vegan soup and sandwiches.
On Saturday, November 16 we rode the American Tobacco Trail. To get to the trailhead, we rode through two miles of downtown Durham.
On Sunday, November 17th, we rode the Neuse River Trail in North Carolina. We also visited The Bike Guy and came home with two new trikes- a Berkel Bike and a Hase Trigo. With the addition of the Hase Trigo we are now able to offer cyclists interested in recumbent tricycling a chance to test ride a recumbent trike.
Come experience the ride of a recumbent trike. Enjoy some refreshments and light fare.
